Sometimes I feel terrible for complaining about my stress and anxiety because I have so many other things in my life that I am thankful for (and should be focusing on) such as my health, the ability to work out everyday, my job, the people in my life, the list can go on!
I just wanted to say thank you to:
@suzetteanne , @_mjtm , @belldoesitwell , @_johhhanna , @415ell , @steph.beph , @t_bizzla13 - thank you for your emotional support these past few days/weeks; thank you for letting me vent and not making it seem like I’m being a burden. You guys ALWAYS check up on me and are there for me through rough times and I can’t express how much this means to me (EDIT: I should’ve posted this on a different picture. Sorry guys 😂)
On another note, I am starting to feel pretty good about my body and the small changes I’m seeing. (I never thought I’d say this! 😭) I used to feel so shitty about my extra body fat, not having a thigh gap or having a flat stomach, or not being 125 lbs again, but honestly, I’m starting to embrace it and to love my body each step of the way
