So I was one of the "winners" from #humblefitmamas awhile back and received an amazing gift bag from @balanceandlive 😍 Totally forgot this was in there! My little nugget is feeling under the weather and didn't sleep well last night so we took a nice bath and I rub him up with some of this magic! Take a look at this beauty I got yesterday from @TheSacredHaven for being one of the winners of the #HumbleFitMamas challenge I did!  It is so pretty and well made.  The stones are amazing and high quality.  It also came with this beautiful gem that I think is Rose Quartz (it promotes compassion, appreciation and soothing calm)? A goal I have is to post a mini-workout once a week for you to stay active and to give you an opportunity to practice what you've learned during the challenge. I may just randomly choose someone and send them a little gift. 💌🎁 This week's workout was inspired by Alex (swipe twice to see a clip of him). This is currently his favorite song to sing or read.

➡️3 sets of 45s on/15s Rest
1. Shoulder Wheel (round & round)
2. Fly w/elbows in (open & shut)
3. Tricep Kickbacks (move on back)
4. Bicep Curls (up & down)
5. Duck & Jab (beep, beep, beep 👊)
6. Windshield wipers (swish, swish, swish)**

For the last day of #humblefitmamas Nichole asked us to share one thing we learned during this challenge. I learned a few things about myself: (1) I'm great at diaphragmatic breathing in down dog and dolphin, but am horrible at it most other times. (2) I don't work on my upper body or do postural work nearly enough and am way weaker on my left side. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, Nichole.

Day 21 of #HumbleFitMamas with #yogischoice of any #heartopener so I chose #dancerspose (it's my favorite!) I have learned that I shouldn't judge how easy or hard workouts are before doing them! Some of these moves looked so easy til I had to do them! I have such great respect for all you ladies and a huge shout out to the pregnant mama's doing this, you are heros. Day 2️⃣1️⃣ #humblefitmamas Yogi's Choice: Heart Opener. I chose wheel pose! I have learned so much throughout this challenge. Not only have I gotten to discover new exercises I've never done but I've also come to realize that yoga isn't just what you do on your mat every day. It goes beyond that. I see that I am influencing my little girl to learn that taking care of your body is important and can be fun. The other day she got so excited when she figured out how to do tree pose like mama! We can be such an influence and inspiration in so many little ways without even realizing it. Host:

#humblefitmamas day 21- Yogi's choice of heart opener. Last day! I chose Ustrasana. I love this hip and heart opening stretch. I feel blissed out and a little high when I come out of it. The pose really helps to expand the lungs and the breath feels more intense for me.
One thing I've learned in this challenge is to incorporate the deep yogi breathing with weight training, and all other exercises in general. I'm great at breathing that way when I do yoga but then I don't usually even think about it when I'm working out. It feels great and it's kind of like, well of course I should be doing that! Thanks Nichole for a really fun challenge. 💗 .

Today was a good day and it all started this am with this backbend. 💓 I loved this challenge! Learned a few new moves like the scapula push-ups. And really reconnected with getting fit in general, started stretching regularly, and getting in little exercise when I can.

Day 21 of the #HumbleFitMamas challenge. I first tried this pose when I was pregnant and ever since then it's had a special meaning to me. Plus, getting some love from Olivia ♥️ During this challenged I learned to think about my back muscles and how engaging them can help my posture, which is something I battle everyday with my desk job. Thanks for the insight @humblebeginningsyoga ! 💆🏽🤰🏽💁🏽

My favorite heart-opener 💗 It's hard to believe it's already the second to last day of #HumbleFitMamas ... There literally have been only two drills that I was already familiar with -- I couldn't be more inspired by Nichole's creativity! You brought it girl 🙌🏼 And thank you for sharing such fascinating and empowering knowledge with us. I mean, mamas -- did you SEE her post a day or two ago about diastasis recti? No? Go. Now.

I am posting a vid rather than a screenshot or photo for the girls of #wearegoingtostandonourhands 🙃 I wanted to show y'all how I get into scorpion because it's the leg shape that allows me the most hang-time usually, and the process of getting into it taught me how to start developing the necessary proprioception for moving around while inverted. Scorpion is bae 😍 So I go to stag legs via a puppy-ish press (I don't kick anymore, it's way too hazardous for my semi-breakable toddler), then from there, very slowly bring my back toes into contact with my front toes. Reach heart through upper arms (which will cause your chest to drop a little bit towards the floor and that's good!) and wa-la, you'll feel your hair with your toes.
