💥The number one reason people give up so fast is because they look at just how far they still have to go instead of how far they have come.💥 I truly believe this saying. In a world of fast food, rapid transit, instant credit etc. We have become conditioned to expect , expect , expect fast results in anything we do. If we cant have it today, we dont want it, obviously its not worth waiting for. Well , have I got new for you. It took more that a day to add that inch, more than a day to put on 5lbs, more than a day to grow out of your favorite pants. When on your health and wellness journey ,Be patient with yourself. I am sorry, there is no overnight success here. You will have to work at it, you will need to get your mindset right first. It took months for me to get my mindset right , it wasn't until that happened then everything else fell into place. You have to clear out the junk, the negative nellies or pete's, they will only hold you back and make you feel like you can not achieve for yourself. I admit that each day isn't perfect, but I'm working on it and I'm upfront about it. I am who I am So, who or what is holding you back. We have a amazing holiday season ahead of us. Why not get your mindset right now and be prepared for the festive season and all it's glorious foods. Wouldn't it be wonderful not to gain the holiday "7" and that's the average ! I forgot to mention one big thing, You can still eat all the festive foods that you LOVE over that holidays.
