☀️ We love taking day trips or spending a long day out adventuring! Contrary to my last post, this one is about preparation and bringing your own food along when it’s necessary to do so! This lifestyle is so easy as long as you are prepared for the given circumstances!
☀️This is seriously the best travel food recipe that’s easy to make and will fill you and your whole family up! It’s called No-oat-meal!
☀️ Here’s how to make it: The base is equal parts sprouted buckwheat, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. Pour desired amount of coconut milk over that. Add whatever toppings you like (we like banana🍌, strawberry🍓, blueberries 💙 and frozen wild blueberries). We also add a lot of rawnola. To make the rawnola I prefer- I just add 10 dates, 1 cup mulberries, 1/3 cup shredded coconut to the blender and pulse until it’s all mixed together. It’s so easy and so filling, as well as husband and kid approved 👌
