This is why centering your goals around weight loss alone is usually dumb (there are exceptions). The photo on the left is from August 2015, the right side is 3 days ago. I weighed 245 on the left, and guess what. 245 on the right. If I had based my goals on weight loss, then I would have failed. I based them on being leaner and in better shape for the weight class I like, 242. Making a significant change to your body doesn't happen over night, it takes consistency, determination, a goal, and a plan.
