When I ask my clients what their main motive is for working out, at times I get the typical response of, " I want to look good in my Chubbies." Or, " I want a booty like J-Lo." These responses are all fine & dandy but at the end of the day, if the driving forces behind your motivation to workout & be healthy are driven by looking good in short shorts & having a nice 🍑, trust me when I tell you your motivation will fade shortly. On the other hand, this young woman's response tells me she is on her way to living a long, happy, & healthy life! This is the type of motivation that will keep someone coming back for more each & everyday! If you don't believe me, then just look how far she has already come,( -18lbs in just a couple months)!! I would like to encourage each & everyone of you to dig deep and find your TRUE motive and let it be known! I'll show you what drives me....now what is it that drives you?!?
