I want to run today, but my body is trying to get sick. Got super dizzy in the pool last night- 225m short of a two mile swim. 🙄 I'm still so excited about my last run that I'm chomping at the bit to get after it and do it again! Stuck on the couch for now with the best cuddler ever. #owningbuddy My sweet, sweet boy. ❤️🐶 Soon... I'll drink some @nuunhydration put on my @zensah and @brooksrunning and get in another great run!!!
Had a great time at #IM703Chatt this weekend. Solid *shortened* swim and PR on the bike (22.5mph avg) and got the run done. Not too shabs while still struggling with soreness from a chest cold. Special kudos to Logan, my parents and Mark and Bonnie for making the trip down to cheer and celebrate! #HSHive#teamnuun
Look at all those pretty shoes, @nightrunner270 shoe lights, and @balega_international socks that got a run in this morning! I was able to get a speedy 5 miles in with very little pain. I needed a good run and now I feel a little recharged. This will make my PT happy as well 👍
I'm still dissatisfied about my choice to play it safe and bail on Sunday's 55k race, but after one day of gnar being shredded (and gnar shredding me) I was pretty happy to come out relatively unscathed and improve by half an hour on my time from last year's 111k.
