This recipe is particularly shoddy, as I threw it together with about half the ingredients and forethought that it really requires. Still, you'll get the idea.
Once I uploaded this video, I realized that I sounded downright chipper compared to some of my other videos. Could my depression be lifting? I did have a little date the previous night, so that may have affected my mood and tone. Anyway, I hope it's not disconcerting to those of you who prefer your cooking videos a bit more morose.
Anyway, this dish tasted pretty good and it's marginally nutritious, depending on what you add or subtract. I absolutely recommend subtracting the little piece of paper between the pieces of cheese.
This recipe requires:
-4 to 8 eggs (But I mean, why really limit it? Whatever! Nothing matters.)
-some salsa? I don't know, man, just watch the video! Or don't. You could literally throw these ingredients together all at once and it would be fine. Have some self confidence.
-Protein: It's over NINE THOUSAAAAAAAND!
-Carbohydrates: Who knows?
-Fat: Does anyone read these?
