After 9 weeks of "no pressing" due to some shitty shoulder, pec, and pec minor issues, I'm slowly returning to the bench. When I get my shoulders and back in the proper position and keeping everything tight, any discomfort is non existent.
So Starting with 3 Board presses and slowly working my was back to competition presses. Only 95# but enough to challenge my broke self while focusing on technique. Need to keep that back tight and elbows in. We'll see how the rest of the month goes.
