This morning's dreamy chia seed pudding. One with dairy, and one dairy free! 💜💙
Dairy: mix in 2 tbsp Greek yogurt into 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used skim). Add in 3 tbsp chia seeds. For sweetness add in honey to taste. •
Non-dairy (vegan): mix in 2 tbsp plain soy yogurt such as @lovemysilk to 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk. Add in 3 tbsp chia seeds.
For purple, add in 1 tsp @wildernesspoets dragon fruit. For blue add in 1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods blue spirulina.
I topped both with mixed frozen berries. •
