Love a @lushcosmetics bath bomb!
You ever have them days where nothing is wrong but you just feel like crap?
I find that it mostly happens once I’ve achieved a goal (big or small) and then I don’t know what to do next. Don’t know what I’m working towards next. Not feeling sad or angry. Just a little stuck.
I always have to set myself goals for each day; whether that be something as little as making myself eat breakfast, cleaning, or finishing a task at work.
I won’t just do a task as a normal daily thing, I have to do them in order and complete them, or else I’ll get all muddled in my own head.
I need to learn to appreciate what I’ve done and achieved and force myself to be more present and in the moment, instead of thinking “what have I got to do next” before I’ve even finished the current task.
I know it drives Rich insane; I drive myself insane!
