Healthy and delicious = kick ass fall treat my friends!
1/2 C melted coconut oil
1/3 C honey or maple syrup
1/4 Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C mashed ripe bananas
1 3/4 C whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C dark choc chips (I also added walnuts which make it fall apart a little, but worth the added flavour!) Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.
Add dry into wet bit by bit as you combine.
Pour into greased 9x5 pan
Bake for 50-55 mins
Add something to the top for some fuckin’ flare and you got yourself a masterpiece!
Eat that dope delicousness warm with a some butter!
