Speed up your #metabolism and #calorieburn with short #workouts during the day🙃😁 Ich mache meinem Stoffwechsel gern mit kleinen Workouts über den Tag verteilt Feuer unterm Hintern🤗👌😉 so verbrennt man 1.) kurzfristig mehr Energie , treibt 2.) den Puls kurzfristig nach oben und profitiert 3.) vom #Nachbrenneffekt 😉
Macht man das regelmäßig (also zB an 5 Tagen pro Woche) läuft der Stoffwechsel auf Hochtouren🙃 und natürlich baut man Muskeln auf, die dann wieder rum mehr Energie verbrauchen. Natürlich muss es kein Workout sein, deinem Stoffwechsel kannst du auch anders einheizen. Wichtig ist nur den Puls kurzfristig stark zu erhöhen bzw die Muskeln in kurzer Zeit intensiv zu beanspruchen. Andere Möglichkeiten um diesen Effekt zu nutzen wären zB 3 Sprints (je 30 Sekunden, dazwischen gemütlich gehen), Burpees (z.B. 5mal 10 Burpees so schnell UND SAUBER wie möglich), beim Spazierengehen immer mal wieder einen Berg mitnehmen, 5 Minuten flottes Seilspringen usw🤗 besonders hilfreich können kurze Workouts sein, wenn man sich schwer zumSport motivieren kann oder zeitlich sehr eingespannt ist😉
Ps: ein kurzes Training ist toll, natürlich kann man auch mehrerer solcher Trainingselemente über den Tag verteilen (zB 50 Squats vor dem Zähneputzen, 100 Hampelmänner vor dem Duschen, 20 Liegestütze am Abend...)🙌
