Loving this pregnancy 🀰🏾 I am able to workout 3 times a week πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ 30-40 min Full body workout and I'm very active. My nutrition is great 🍎 I don't count calories and I don't indulge to much with junk food. I just listen to my body. I eat what I want but I make sure to prioritize Fruits, Vegetables, Complexe carb, Healthy Fats and Protein. My body is asking for a lot of protein. I read that it means I'm having a boy πŸ€” We'll See LOL But most of all I love my new curves πŸ€°πŸΎπŸ‘ With my first pregnancy a lot of people where making me feel too self conscious about my body with comments like πŸ‘‰πŸΌYou're not 3 Month you look like you're 6πŸ‘‰πŸΌ You look like you are having twins πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Are you eating againπŸ‘‰πŸΌ You're so big ...Even the small women don't like to hear πŸ‘‰πŸΌ You're so small πŸ‘‰πŸΌ You don't look pregnant πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Are you sure you're eating enough πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Maybe you shouldn't exercise... It's all about genetics. We can't all look the same during pregnancy. This time around I'm not paying attention to other people comments. People don't mean too be mean but they don't realize that sometimes their comments can be hurtful. If you have pregnant women around you just be there for them, support them but avoid any comments on their weights or what they eat πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ‘ŠπŸ½
