How did you move your body today?
I had a quality session at the track with @lalorrunningclub
Tonight's session was Snowball Negative Splits. Tonight was a perfect night for a run and I headed out purely to see how my legs felt. After taking 3 years to get to where i am, i understand that sometimes my body needs to rest. But with the recent increase in strength and fitness (thanks @bizybodies ) my recovery time is much quicker. And i was able to take part in and complete tonight's session, despite doing 23km of trails on Sunday.
It's taken me a long time to get here. But strength, will, determination, and an immense amount of sweat, and i can now see all my hard work paying off.
Running pain free has always been my goal.
