This is my lunch - sweet fruit & thick cream, and that's all today, all I feel like. 'OMG animal fats & fructose isnt that bad though?' Well, not necessarily. It's fine for me. & tomorrow I'll probably eat something completely different too.
You wanna know a secret? I don't count calories, macronutrients, avoid carbs or fat or sugar or alcohol, or even meal prep (because I get bored of the same thing), eat clean !NOPE! or follow popular diets.
These behaviours aren't bad but they're not necessary for me - I've learnt over years the little habits & preferences that my body needs to keep my weight healthy (not crazy skinny though, stuff that, it's overrated let me assure you, makes you look older anyway) & my brain sharp, my body energized.
Learn what works for you! It takes patient observation of your own bodily rhythms. And putting those observations into practice. For eg, some people can drink a fair bit of booze regularly & stay energized not put on weight, others can't. Some people need meat & a high amount of protein, others can't stomach it. Some love caffeine, others can't cope. And the list goes on.
We are all different. Work on discovering what works for your best self. Don't worry about what someone else is doing, their genetic situation is different.
