Yesterday I smoked some salmon I had marinated in coconut aminos. It turned out really well. Typically smoked salmon has a lot of hidden sugar, so making your own allows you to control the ingredients. It was easier than you would think.
We had hors-d'oeuvre for dinner, which was weird but they tasted great and the kids loved them.
