Ever done a wheel on your blocks?? I couldn't believe how different it felt just to have my wrist slightly less bent. My wrists are soooo tight I can't even explain. When I do back bends or anything that needs my wrists stretching more than a 90° angle I can feel it up my entire forearm. I've been stretching them a lot, but until then this was such an amazing modifier for wheel and much less pressure on my hands and wrists. Any advice on gaining wrist flexibility?
