My first #coolsculpting experience! I was nervous as hell but it turned out not as scary or painful as i'd imagined.
They started the treatment off with ice pads on my arms, the area I am treating. Then they cup the machine, the new cool advantage tip, ontop of it, which had this really strong suction that felt a bit uncomfortable at first. The feeling wore off eventually, and all I felt thereafter was...nothing...because my arms were numbed from the cold. After 35 min of TV time, the timer and machine goes off. Therapist massaged my arms a bit and ta-dah, first session done!
Arms are red like a lobster, which will supposedly go away in an hour or so. Numbness went away in about 20 min. The treated area felt a little painful when I touch it, kinda like how it felt when I bruised my arms. The pain "should" be gone within a week...so we'll see.
Next session's in early March. Feel free to msg me if u have any questions or I will keep y'all posted and do a full review after, which will be 3 months later though, since that's how long it'll take for this treatment to see it's affect! 🙈
