The end of the 2018 competition season! So proud of my amazing daughter and how hard she worked this past year. Can’t wait to see her continue to grow and compete. Excited for her future. #gymnastics#homeschoolpe
The kids learned how to serve last night at tennis 🎾 lessons. I love that they enjoy this! We can’t wait till it is nice enough to play outdoors and more often. They really are having a good time learning and playing.
Intermediate (10-14 years old) P.E. students put their skills of throwing, dribbling, passing, and shooting to work in a game of team handball. Everyone demonstrated great teamwork! #homeschoolpe#croninathletics
Today my kids went on an #adventure. We took a 0.3 mike walk to #VirginCreekFalls in #Girdwood. Once we were done goofing off at the falls the girls decided to head up the #mountain... on their own as I was chatting with a friend. Once they started to get a little too far away I said my goodbyes and scurried up after them... when I caught up I let them know our friends were headed back to their car... “we want to explore more mom! Let’s go to the top of the mountain!” And off they went... I followed with such #joy in my heart... this is what I’ve been working for! Developing a #passion for adventure, #nature, exploring in their hearts! “This is so beautiful mom! This is a great hike!” Music to my ears. We didn’t make it all the way up the mountain... but they definitely got some good #exploring in! And their favorite part was “sledding” back down (sliding on the snow on their butts... definitely made the descent go quickly!). Let them be free! Let them explore! Cultivate wonder and a passion for nature!
