Homemade cinnamon, raisin and walnut instant oatmeal. My girlfriend saves Cool Whip containers for food storage. I put mine in Duke's Mayonnaise jars. 😂 I'm so thankful whenever I can make something at home that is better for my body (or to give to my loved ones and friends) than the store-bought products that are loaded with harmful chemicals and fake sugars.

My tummy isn’t doing so well today so I made myself some oatmeal and added honey, almond milk, and cinnamon. Resting today. I’m pretty sure it was the rotisserie chicken that made me sick. Not like undercooked. Like the seasoning had gluten in it. I need to just start cooking whole chicken at home again. So much better. I know I can only have the original. The other seasonings make me sick. I’m guessing this is a classic case of cross contamination. Regular Oatmeal just stepped up. This is homemade with a dollop of @threepeaksnz Manuka Honey - sprinkled with @pepperandme_ bakers blend. Oh and I just may have added a drop of @heilalavanilla too! There is some in the bakers blend but I felt like a bit more. It’s Friday!
