4 chicken 🐔 breast fillets @tescofood tender stem broccoli and asparagus Sugar snaps Spinach Mascarpone (used @tescofood lighter) 2 Tomato 🍅 3 mushrooms 🍄 @leaperrins_ph Worcester Sauce @tabasco Method: 1. Cook the spinach in a wok until wilted 2. Take the spinach and mix with 3 tea spoons of mascarpone cheese, and some olive oil. The cheese will melt in with the spinach add salt and pepper. 3. Bash the chicken 🍗 until flat (easier for cooking) 4. Cover chicken with some paprika, Cumin, olive oil and cayenne pepper 5. Slit a pouch in the chicken and stuff in the cheese 🧀 mixture 6. Cook in the oven at 200 for 20-25 minutes (warning, there will be some spillage so recommend grease proof paper) 7. Throw the rest of the vegetables 🍅 🍄 🥦 and asparagus and sugar snaps into the wok with Some coconut oil. Add in the Worcester sauce, salt and pepper and @tabasco. Cook for 5 minutes
