So a lot of people have been asking me how I coped going away 3 days post show. All the foods were pretty oily and protein snacks were limited! Here's what I did

πŸ’“ As fats were high and veg was starchy I kept a lot of my carbs out of my meals! .
πŸ’“ I tried to separate dripping oil away from the lean meats using a fork and not a spoon to drink fats with my meal! .
πŸ’“ I couldn't Macro track so I roughly estimated by sticking to good portion sizes. .
πŸ’“ I kept having a treat in moderation every single day and night - this kept my cravings low and allowed me not to feel like binging! .
πŸ’“ I drank plenty of water in between my meals .
πŸ’“ I bought some protein supplements as protein keeps you fuller for longer which means your less likely to snack on rubbish! .
Ps there was few nights that I indulged in pancakes πŸ₯ž too! So I enjoyed myself but did stay balanced throughout my holiday β˜€οΈπŸ‘™β˜ΊοΈ

My body shape changes depending on where I am in my life journey. I love fitness and being lean as I respect how you can clearly see how hard you've worked to grow muscle. But I am also a young woman of a Mediterranean background, I love to dance and counting macros isn't my priority on a daily basis because I like having a bit of every thing on my plate! .
This kind of lifestyle is me and what is me but when I need to get into to a goal I will introduce structure when I need to. .
Lastly , I think it's important to find your own lifestyle where being lean, fit and healthy suits your routine , don't be hard on yourself if it takes a while to figure out what that is, everyone is different and you are youβ™₯️
