I've been battling weight/body image issues ever since elementary years. Decades of built up anxiety & disordered thoughts about food/exercise... 3 months into seeing a counselor + dietitian, I've set a personal goal of giving my body credit where it's due. Hoping this practice of authenticity and mental shift will allow more space for positivity in other aspects of my life.
Current 1rm PP = 110lbs. HSPU practice, working on the confidence to just kick up without the need to brace my head against the wall first before pulling away 🙄 any tips besides "just kick up!" would be greatly appreciated. #crossfit #babysteps #holdmyselfaccountable
