Not quite PF Chang's, but a tasty, healthy, knock-off. 😊👍🏻
I used chicken breasts and pan-fried them with a drizzle of organic sesame oil, pink Himalayan salt, fresh ground black pepper, organic ground ginger, and a splash of coconut aminos. I put in some water as it reduced. While I was cutting up the cooked chicken, I added a diced carrot to the pan along with hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and more coconut aminos. I returned the diced chicken to the pan, stirred everything together, and added some fresh ginger. After putting the mix in lettuce leaves, I sprinkled with chives and a tiny splash more coconut aminos.
