Basically had to pretend I was going to Disneyland today when my alarm went off so I could break the snooze/ I'll-just-sleep-in habit. 😴 Then had to put on some morning motivation via #youtube 📺, then had to chug preworkout ⚡️, then had to remind myself that I CAN DO HARD SHIT 😎 (thanks for the beautiful affirmations deck @jinellefitfoodie 🙏🏼✨). Quite the process 😂. It was not easy for me to wake up at 7am when I didn't sleep till 2am, but I kinda surprised myself 😊. #proudofme
So clearly, no has ever accused me of being a morning person 😂 and tbh the only reason I followed through with my 7:30AM (well maybe it was 7:45 😆) workout was cuz I had my girls from my online challenge group holding me accountable. 👭👊🏼 It was their idea 🙄(bitches... 😂 jussss kidding 🙊), and my response was literally "fuckkkk I'm gonna hate myself for this but YES- I'll do it." Now it's done and I feel like a BAMF! 😏😂
As a coach I've learned that when we DECIDE to be BADASS, we can do sooo much more than we usually give ourselves credit for! When we have other people supporting us and BELIEVING in us, it makes the world 🌎 of a difference. How many times have you thought "oh I'll start working out tomorrow," but didn't TELL anyone, didn't DO IT, and then just sort of act like alllladat never happened? 👋🏼 I did that a shit ton! 😔 .
I KNOW that you can be accomplish alllll your goals, and maybe just doing it alone isn't working? 🤔 That's why we do this together though! 👯☺️ 30min at home workouts, simple and flexible AF meal plans, superfoods that double as dessert 🍫 and all the love and support from our tribe 💞.
