I got my freedom when I laid my life at his feet.
Throwback to @qadoshkingdom #hnsiv . Myself, @oyinboo @missmakanaka and @eseosajasmine bought train tickets from Birmingham and booked a hotel in London for the entire weekend because we did not want to miss any part of the summit. We also had other friends attend the event from different parts of the UK.
We were known as the ‘Birmingham Girls’ because at almost every session we were prayed for and prophesied to by the guest ministers.😂😂😂 Even after the event, we had absolutely beautiful encounters with God when we went back to our hotel rooms through simple conversations over dinner or through dreams and visions. It was like we left the venue but did not leave what the experience stood for.
Coincidentally, it was around this time last year that I lost a friend so I was with dealing with grief but God really came through as the comforter. The one whose presence is enough when we cannot find answers.
Everything from the worship, to the teachings, community, fellowship and the way the event was organised was super amazing and life changing.
I am so excited about this year’s summit taking place this weekend. I
can’t be there but some people really close to my heart will be there and I am so excited about what God has in store for them this time.
Every sacrifice we made to be at this summit last year was totally worth it. If you are in London or can go to London for this year's summit, you should.
