As the ball bounces, catch it and raise it back overhead. Make sure to keep your back nice and flat and avoid curling your back as your raise the ball overhead. Recommend 15-20 reps with a 10-15lbs med ball. Unless you are kicking it into #beastmode -- in which case you’ll want to dial up the intensity with weight and reps and complete as many rounds as you can before passing out. Play around with speed to increase the intensity of the exercise. .
