My experience at
The Ocean Blue Cafe, located in
The Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa, has been amazing. The southern hospitality is very unique indeed, and the food is just delicious. The last two nights I enjoy my dinner like a queen, the chef Damon Dickerson is a Sous Chef, who's study Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University.
The food presentation, portions, taste is wonderful, and the freshness of the fish and vegetables which are cook to perfection are just delicious. And off course, let's not forget the desserts, wich are to died for. I'm visiting from California and I was impress with the wine selection too. Tomorrow is my third night dinning here, can not way to enjoy my Pinot Noir from Russian River California plus another excellent meal.
