#hillrepeats sunday! Today was an experiment that work brilliantly! I have found a short loop where i do my hill work.It's all grass as it's an old disused golf course,tough but also good and soft on the knees!😊...today i hiked the hill then sprinted down the side and back round to the foot of the hill and hiked back up.I did this ALOT of times!.640meters over 9k!!!! 😤The theory being that after the sprints my recovery time before the next sprint was spent hiking up the bastard steep hill.Soooo actually NO recovery time at all.Instead recovery was turned into calf and leg training.So Cardio followed by strength work in a short brutal loop! Luckily i was only walking up the hill at the moment otherwise i wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes! Really chuffed with my sprints most were sub 4k min pace which on this terrain is great for me as im shit down hill!
