Happy friYAY! I work tomorrow so it’s not much of a YAY but it still counts πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ This week I crushed my workouts and stuck to my nutrition (plus a couple glasses of 🍷) Fun fact: you do NOT need to spend hours in the gym to get a β€œgood” workout. This morning I did my HIIT & a full lower body workout in 50 minutes total. I didn’t cut corners and I pushed myself the whole time so there are no β€œno time” excuses allowed. I found my time by waking up a hour earlier and working out with the sun rise which also gives me the fasted benefits too! ( blog on this early next week).
