It has been very difficult to post this, I don't want people looking at me like this. Believe me, I used to wake up and put on makeup everyday before leaving for work or even gym but finally found a way to clear my skin. And now I just use some eyeliner whenever I wish to. There are a lot of reasons that you might be facing this but I am just sharing my journey.
Honestly, These all combined helped my skin:
1. Reducing sugar intake
2. Patting ice on my face
3. Increasing carb intake. (If your diet is extremely low in carb & you start noticing pimples, it might be throwing your hormones out of whack)
You gotta solve the issues inside. Avoid any tropical ointments. Take care💛

PUMPKIN HUMMUS 🎃
You will need
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
3/4 cup roasted pumpkin (I roast mine for 30-40 minutes in the oven topped with paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper)
1 heaped tablespoon of tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic
Juice of half a Lemon
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until well combined.

Store in the fridge in a glass jar.
Enjoy 😊

Yesterday abs hiit session 💥
Doubling Kettlebell Russian twists right at the start and at the end was challenging but really effective.
One time per week a session like this, all focused on abs (and rope of course) is quite good and fits perfectly in my routine.

Week 9 - What a looooooong week! Haven’t been able to train as intense as I normally do due to being busy, but the main thing is I feel good (not as good today due to the BBQ drinks last night). I think I may have to join a gym or vary my workouts shortly as progress is starting to stall. If anyone has any tips let me know!

This morning we had a good dynamic warm up before a fun HIIT session. Then an extra long cool down with lots of developmental stretches. A good 25 minutes of stretching - it may sound long but it’s so worth it. It’s a great way to thank your body for a hard week’s work, and set it up for the next. Try it for yourself and you’ll feel the benefits.
