Hey girls!
Ya estoy en el tercer trimestre de embarazo, trimestre lleno de achaques, la guaguita en peso sube desde 400gr x semana (sólo ella), a esto se le suma la retención de líquido, hinchazón, volumen sanguíneo extra, mal dormir, dolor de espalda, etc. Por eso mantener un ritmo activo es muy importante pero siéndoles sincera, es suuuper peluo !!!! Este fue mi 2do día de gym en la semana voy sólo cuando tengo energía pero desde que se que estoy embarazada nunca he dejado de ir.
Hice un total hiit de piernas (ya que sigo mal del hombro)es un circuito de 4 ejercicios con 30'' de cardio al final en total son 4 series ideal cuando tienes poco tpo porque no me demore más de 35'' en terminarlo.
No les pongo el peso ni las repeticiones que yo hice porque la verdad que las repeticiones y el peso es algo muy personal, yo les recomiendo hacer hasta llegar al límite con cada ejercicio.

Descansé entre c/u 30'' a 40'' porque estoy embarazada y debo recuperar mi FC (no más de 150 p/p) si no estás embarazada puedes hacer un descanso menor. Al término de cada serie descansaba un poco más 1' —1.30' aprox.

Y que no te de vergüenza moverte en el GYM!!! No te escondas en un rinconcito y si tienes duda de como se hace algo pregunta ya saben, no hay pregunta tonta, si no tont@ que no pregunta 💪❤

Today was surreal! We never actually had a grand opening for our gym, but this was even better! We had guest, trainers, a DJ, so many supporters, companies that donated and we all came together for a fitness event to support Hurricane Relief. What an amazing way to spend a Sunday and meet some amazing people. Community is so much of what The Body Los Angeles is about and I felt such a strong sense of COMMUNITY today that is was inspiring. I hope everyone had an amazing time, got some great swag, and a good sweat. BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad
Made by @thekitchn

Yields 2 large or 4 small servings
2 cups cooked, diced chicken (like poached chicken)
Favorite barbecue sauce, to taste (store bought or homemade)
2 cups mixed salad greens
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and crumbled
2 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 ripe avocado, cubed (or guacamole)
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained (or 1 1/2 cups fresh beans)
1 (15-ounce) can yellow corn, drained (or 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn)
1 cup grated cheddar and/or monterey jack cheese
Favorite ranch and/or honey mustard dressing, to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Toss the chicken with enough barbecue sauce to coat. Season with salt and pepper. (Chicken mixture can be heated under the broiler if you want it warm.)
Pile the lettuce into a shallow serving bowl. Arrange the chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, beans, corn, and cheese in thin rows over the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper over the ingredients.

Serve with sides of ranch dressing, honey mustard, and barbecue sauce. For easier serving (but less visual appeal), you can toss the salad with an equal amount ranch and barbecue sauce.

When plan A or B doesn't go down accordingly suck it up Princess & create a way that will work! 😗.....for today that is.👊

My HIIT done for my Monday! ✔️👊🏽 warm-up was 2 minutes of skipping followed by the workout. It felt so good to sweat, nothing beats the post workout feels 💦😅 I tried a new exercise of holding a kettle bell above my head always, whilst doing a sit-up and then standing up *repeat* and wow it was hard haha as you can tell! But I'm going to work hard to improve my form! By the way, let me know if these videos are helpful or not or if they're just getting boring 😂 Cause I'll change it up and spice things up! Let me know! 💥
New week means new goals.. my big goal this week is to be strictly DISCIPLINED 💪🏽 My discipline at the moment has fallen behind me a bit, it's about a 6/10 and I want it to be 10/10 ⭐️ with my training, eating and studies. So here's to a week of hard discipline that will turn into a lifestyle of hard fought effort and work for myself ✌🏽 Happy Monday everyone! 🤗
