This week will be the last step of my shoulder injury recovery.
ACTIVE part of the recovery, of course.
Slow reintegration of upper side involved excercises is on the run, as u can see with mountain climber (which stress shoulder with a plank position) and the canonic push ups (which was the real test in terms of shoulder stress).
All was good, without any sort of pain.
I got an extra achievement at the end of this session: I need to power up breathing.
So I came up with decision to upgrade to the so wanted 3-workout-routine per week.
This is an achievement, because my body itself, my form and my condition are asking me for a more strict routine: too much extra days btween workouts are blocking breath capacity improvements.
