Yesterday workout!
Back to 3 sets, but no Burpees due to a little back pain.
But that didn't prevent me to go down to training ground and set up a smashing hiit circuit, fully mixed up of Kb, bodyweight and jump rope movements that didn't affect too much low back muscles.
Pretty good session, also ended up with some series of biceps traction with Kettlebell, for which I will made a short video today.

I was not in timing yesterday to record progress.
Was busy day, exam and other stuff. Nervous stress, lack of sleeping, low strength: so I decided for a rest day, made of walking, sea swimming and relax.

When working out ensure you do every routine the right way (squat properly, tighten your core, feet wide apart, straiten your shoulder) just have the right posture.
While seating at work or at home... No slouching always seat up, use chairs with good ergonomics while at work.
Plank... Yeah plank a lot !!!πŸ˜ƒ look good feel good, get 1% better and happier every day.

This damn thing blocks me to usual 3 sets, bowing me down to 2 again.
Difficult exercise, attention to form must be 101% because with fatigue increasing movements tend to go unperfect, expecially falling down to arms.
