Ich starte heute mal mit einem #Handstand in den Tag! 🤸🏻‍♀️🙃 Denn gleich geht’s ins #Gym zum #HIIT & danach gibt’s noch #HandstandTraining & #Mobility der #BLACKROLL. 💁🏻🌀🔘⚫️ Sagt mal… Kennt Ihr diese Menschen, die nur in der Vergangenheit leben? Früher war ja ALLES einfacher, sie hatten mal #Power & bewegten sich mehr. Wo ist diese Zeit nur hin? Wo ist die Leichtigkeit des Seins? Wo ist der Mensch, der früher lachend durch den Regen hüpfte & der einfach loslief? 🏃🏻 Das alles scheint auf der Strecke geblieben zu sein…😯 Aber wer immer nur zurück blickt, nimmt sich selbst die Möglichkeit, sich zu entwickeln. Habt Ihr mal darüber nachgedacht, dass das Wort #LEBEN rückwärts gesprochen NEBEL heißt? 🌫↩️ Was sagt uns das? Wenn wir unser LEBEN immer nur rückwärts leben, stehen wir vielleicht bald im NEBEL 🌫 – und verlieren den Durchblick. 🕵🏻‍♀️🙈💡🔎 Ihr habt es in der Hand, Eure positiven Erlebnisse der Vergangenheit auf Eure Gegenwart zu übertragen! 💁🏻 Ihr wisst ja, wie stressig mein Alltag ist. Aber auch davon darf man sich nicht übermannen lassen. Manchmal steht das Leben Kopf 🤸🏻‍♀️🙃, aber besser so, als im Nebel umher zu irren, oder? 🙍🏻🌫 LebensFREUDE ist lebensWICHTIG! Denn sie macht unser Leben erst lebensWERT! Aber Lebensfreude kommt nicht von außen, sie entsteht in uns selbst. 💆🏻 Verliert niemals den Zugang zu Eurem Inneren. floransa iyisin hoşsun ama o kadar da etkilenmedim senden be hacım..yani ne biliyim bi viyana kadar tarih kokmazken, bi amsterdam kadar cıvıl cıvıl değilsin, lakin insanı içine çeken bi havan var, kabul...insanlarına gelince, saolsunlar aynı bizim türkler gibi, sokağa tükürüp, izmariti yere atmalar fln...hele arka sokaklarındaki çöp birikintilerin, sanki hiç türkiyeden gitmemişim gibi 😀ama bunun yanında tarhine iyi sahip çıkmışsın, aferin sana 😀 hani bide şey vardır ya, "olm, ayağını yola atıyosun, adamlar 100 metreden duruyolar" hah, işte o burda pek geçerli değil 😅 bi iki kere eziyodu gavurlar bizi 😁 metro, tramvay fln pek güzel, çok kullanışlı..yüroyu, eğer 4 le çarpmazsan çok ucuz memleket, misal şu koca t-bone etler 4€ fln...makyaj malzemeleri de çok ucuzmuş, bizimki öyle diyo 😀 velhasıl kelam, günde ortalam 16.000 adımla, ayaklarıma su toplatırken, sizlere yemeyin bacılar, yemeyin abiler dediğim ne varsa hepsinide mide fesatı geçirinceye kadar yedim, içtim 😅 dünyanın sonu mu tabii ki değil, pazartesi'den itibaren full kontak yakmaya devam edicez nasılsa 😀 şimdilik benden bu kadar, günlük 16.000 adımımın, ilk adımını şu an oturduğum tuvalletten kalkınca yapmaya başlıycam 😅😅 gerçi bunu yazacam diye bacaklarım biraz uyuştu sanki 😁 neyse hadi benden bu kadar, sizlere de hayırlı uğurlu ramazanlar, iftarda benim yerime de narlı güllaç yemeyi unutmayın hadi öptüm çavvv 🇮🇹🤤

#saturday core workout! I like to keep my ab circuits nice and simple with just my body weight or minimal weight. I like to time my workouts so I did each move for 30 seconds and did one move after another to keep my heart rate up! I completed 4 rounds. Pasta and meatballs for dinner got me like 🙂🤤
When I'm at target I am normally very wary and restrictive of carbs, but due to having a few lbs to lose, I am more than happy to consume them on the regular, if it means me staying on plan 😛 works for me!
12k steps achieved for the day. Threw a gym session into the mix and very almost died! It's amazing how unfit you become in a matter of a few months of less exercise and more food! 🙈 Got involved with the Curve Machine for some #hiit and that got me in an absolute world of trouble 😂 so hard! But so worthwhile! 30% more calories burned than ordinary cv equipment! 🙌🏻 It is a no brainer! Exercising also means I am in a much better frame of mind to eat well so here's to getting stronger and leaner. 🤗

Been good to mix up the training while in France and felt good to be back on a running track. Finished the session off with 3x400m sprints all <1m20 and pretty pleased to have done the final one in 74 seconds. Glutes, lungs and hamstrings on fire so mission accomplished.

Saturday morning cardio 😭 surprisingly, it wasn't too miserable! 👍🏼 worked on explosive sprints, stairs, bodyweight strength training and some jumprope. Every round was done 6 times, go out and try it! 🔥 have a great holiday weekend ⚔️---------------------------------------
