NO EXCUSES, RAIN OR SHINE THE SHOW MUST GO ON!! Strength and Endurance complex day @knockout_zone showing middle sets so Iam hurting and struggling, but pushing through. 300 lbs sled pulls in combination with a triple complex deadlift, bent over power row, and shoulder press, showing 225 lbs and 275lbs. Then worked 300 lbs sled pushes with more complex in the rain... had to get my reps in. Then ended the day with some multi directional 200 lbs sled pushing in combination with some lateral jumps and burpees wearing my 40 lbs weighted vest, I almost busted my ass, cause I was tired already... long day. If your goal is (1) Fat loss: you want to be in your target heart rate zone for 30-45 minutes (sweating, heavy breathing, etc.) and doing this type of circuit along with other types of hiit/circuits is a great idea! .
If your goal is (2) Build Muscle: this is a great warm-up for upper body lifting sessions! It gets your muscles working, increases range of motion and gives your heart rate a good spike to start with!

Happy first day of peak week everyone!! Or as normal people call it, Friday March 24th😂 Hit some arms and shoulders today after getting 4 hours of sleep last night and waking up to a new low weight of 183.4 and the pump was REAL😩 Had to end the workout with my FINAL HIIT session of prep and I could not be happier to not have to do burpees any more😅I was really hungry during this workout because today is the day things really change and become SUPER strict so I've been trying to figure out how to navigate eating throughout the day! ¤
Any change to a diet is always going to be hard. But if you push past that point and make it a routine, it becomes second nature and you can easily follow a diet and have an enjoyable life because that's what it's all about!😁 Starting to at least be conscious of how much you're eating makes a huge difference, take little steps towards the bigger goal! Thank you @c.veeeee for the dope picture, pumped for that shoot after the show😎📸

Training this chick is awesome on so many levels. Not only is she a beautiful spirit she is willing to allow me to take her to her limit and then pushes some more. She's hungry, she's willing, she's determined and she trusts in my guidance. When I asked her why she really wanted to get to her goals I got a rare but perfect response as to the exact mission I am on as a coach at this point in my career. She said "to be a role model for my daughters, not just physically but mentally and emotionally I want to be stronger" 😍 since that day she has worked her arse off. Literally and every week I get so FKN excited to push her and watch her evolve with every bit of pain she endures. Keep going chick, we got this. Today has been a lukewarm kind of day. I forced myself to a HIIT class this morning which was fun and then wasted such a lovely afternoon doing nothing but binge watching stuff on Netflix.
Finished the day with Total Loser which was similar to a session we did last year which nearly killed me.
This year was so much easier and i thought yes the majority of today you've done nothing and totally wasted it, however tomorrow is a new day. So I have meal prepped, I've got exercise plans and cinema plans it will be a good day!
