My training is built more on high intensity and endurance vs lifting heavy. I used to lift heavy when I first started out years ago, however based on my body type- it responded way better to this type of training. As well as, much less stress on my joints!! ANY QUESTIONS COMMENT BELOW ⬇️❤️.

Feeling more fit than I have in a while. My diet has changed a lot since I've been creating my new meal plan. This has actually forced me to eat everything on my plan since I have to test each recipe out lol! Totally not complaining...The results definitely speak for themselves. It's been a couple of weeks, but I feel leaner since eating cleaner. I have not limited calories! I am trying to put on muscle so I have no desire to lose weight. In fact, I only weigh myself at doctor visits.. last time I checked I was 130lbs. But have been making better choices when it comes to eating. I always test my plans out before putting them on sale to make sure each recipe is tasty and each workout is effective 👌 I'm pretty excited about releasing it next month!! Suffering from lower back pain/fatigue? 🤕 Do your front delts or upper chest feel torched 🔥by the end of your set?? The seated DB Shoulder Press is meant to place maximal load on your delts so let's do what we can to keep it that way. 👊🏼💪🏼

💡Now, there are some setup tips and mental cues to think about to maximize this movement:
✅ Position yourself with your back neutral and pressed hard up against the pad - this will create stability
✅ Think to drive elbows straight out while keep tension on the delts - stay in active range (where there is tension on the delt)
✅ Lock down your core
✅ Think to drive elbows into ears
✅ Try and keep the DB's outside the elbows at the top - this will help keep tension on delts
❌ AVOID this massive arch in your spine - this will lead to displaced tension and a host of issues leading to injury.

Es ist kein besonderes Bild, es zeigt nur die Ergebnisse meines ersten HIIT Training - ob die Daten darauf überhaupt stimmen, bezweifle ich ein wenig, nur die Zeit war für mich wichtig, um ein gutes HIIT Training zu absolvieren.
Heute habe ich mit einem neuem Trainingsplan angefangen, ob dieser überhaupt was bringt werde ich nach 4 Wochen feststellen. Ich muss aber sagen, obwohl die Übungen sehr simple waren, haben die trotzdem ordentlich reingehauen. Zu dem ganzen muss ich sagen, ich war nie wirklich ein Fan von bestimmen Trainingsplänen. Ich habe immer selbst mein Training gesplittet und so geplant wie es für mich passte, nur momentan kann ich mich einfach nicht motivieren. Ob es an dem Wetter liegt, oder einfach weil mein Körper ausgelaugt war, weiß ich nicht 🤷🏽‍♀️ Langsam sollte ich meinen 🍑hochgekommen und wieder anfangen, denn nicht mehr lang dann habe ich Urlaub und was will Frau im Urlaub machen?
