Taking 4 days off from working out is ok. But picking Max 15 after Liift Chest/Back, a dog walk and cleaning the house?! Some would say it's like not drinking for months and hitting the Jägermeister! Plain CRAZY 🤪🤣 But I like crazy! So I did it, survived to post about it and now I can keep playing on this wacky weather Saturday! 💪👊🤸♀️
To the workout that sparked my motivation again... THANK YOU! I hit the gym right after my vacation but was still feeling blah.. I do realize it takes a few days to get back into the groove of reality but it only takes one workout to have me feeling all sorts of pride and motivation! (And of course it’s lower body) Here it is: Sumo Dead Lifts 5x8 (increasing weight each set) Superset: 10 Romanian Deadlifts 10 One leg levers each leg X4 sets with heavy weight Superset: 15 GHD machine 15 Banded Goodmornings with weight 15 Calf Raises X3 Treadmill Sprints: 30 seconds of each setting nonstop 6, 10, 7, 11, 8, 12 (total of 3 minutes) 30 second break then repeat x3 #heavylifting#lowerbodyworkout#glutesonfire#highintensitycardio
