โœ” Position the bar high on bottom of the traps
โœ” Use a narrow grip for better back tightness
โœ” Squeeze your upper back muscles together
โœ” Feet position should be slightly wider than shoulder with
โœ” Toes pointed no more than 45 degrees from the body
โœ” Take a deep breath into your belly and brace (causing the abdominal muscles to tighten and protect the lower back)
โœ” Squeeze the glutes
โœ” Begin the movement by bending at the knees
โœ” Try to sit in between your legs (pushing the hips down)
โœ” Squat below parallel (proper depth)
โœ” At the bottom of the squat, push hard and drive back up
