Day 4 6am workout complete!! It's so fun with this kid along side! They really watch what we do. He has surprised me so much lately. He wants to workout. He wants to drink a shake. He wants to be like me!
I am one happy mom today.
Side note- my abs feel awesome! I could do our entire Pilates set with only a few modifications and quick breaks to rest. I feel stronger every single day this week. Also my flexibility is coming back. You wouldn't believe how stiff you get when you don't exercise for 6 weeks. But luckily flexibility is the fastest thing to regain once you start working on it. Can you touch your toes?? Try a seated toe touch with your legs straight out in front of you. How did you do?
