GOOD MORNING 🙋♀️ and Happy Friday! Last day of school for my boys - a day of mixed emotions including arghhhhhh waaaaaaa eeeeeeek 😱😬😳🤪 (me) and YEAH! 🕺💃🎉(them) 😆 - 6 weeks of interrupted child care 😱 1 teenager, 1 preteen and 1 who is my baby what ever age he is 👼 Fun times ahead 😬🤪🙈 Fellow Mothers - you hear me?! .
Anywayyyyssss I just wanted to say I've been starting my day for the last 2 weeks by adding a heaped tsp of #chaga mushroom to my #matcha green tea and it really does make me feel rather 👌💃 I've had a bag lurking in the cupboard. I was adding it to soups in the colder weather which worked ok. Then I tried making a cup with just hot water and it tasted a bit like watery mud and a bit gritty so it wasn't something I reached for with glee any time of any day. But a light bulb moment struck 💡 when I thought why not add it to your morning matcha 🤔 so I did and something happens with the combination to make it nice and smooth and something I've actually looked forward to each morning 😋 Read about the benefits of chaga yourself and if you need a way to ingest it - this could be it!
