It's been a fun-filled week of short bursts of sleep, constant feeding, cold tea, windy smiles and errands to run but I wouldn't change it for the world... except maybe the non-contagious rash I now have from one of Leo's super cute onesies.
I've managed to get a saliva sample from Leo to send off to the lab to be tested to show what food & household items are compatible with his body chemistry and which aren't. I'm already avoiding dairy because I know that causes issues in myself (okay, I had a tiny weak moment last night which led me to be up all night cuddling an awake an upset baby). So, let's tick cow milk off the 'okay to eat list', I could also go very strict and say gluten, high histamine foods and tomato are most likely a no-go too.
Once I am over the 6-week hump (because my immune system is haywire at the moment) I'll test myself and combine the lists to best help with his immune & digestive system function, rather than guess. I do this for a lot of my clients and often receive text messages saying they are feeling better and their baby's reflux, colic, explosion foamy poo and/or eczema has reduced. Even more so when I've paired it with topical, probiotics and homeopathic.
If you would like to get your little one tested, I am offering it at a special price of $280 instead of $330 till the 31st of October.
Please message to get this arranged ❤
