I always try and do a hiit workout once or twice a week and mix it with weight training. So I decided to do one with basic burpees • 10 burpees with shuffle • 10 hops with burpees (excuse my hair lol)

Peeps... it's braai day, the weather is blazing, the birds are chirping... and I am starting my detox today... instead of smashing down on the vodka cranberry and ribs. The last year for me has been incredibly difficult in terms of my health and fitness... but I want to see what happens with 100 days of commitment. My 100 day challenge starts today.

Been extremely nostalgic for the past 2 weeks😥😥 didn't even feel like working out. I miss home and now flu🤒🤒 has me feeling all sluggish couldn't make it to the gym today. But hey on the brighter side @botle.kayamba #adidasinfluencer challenged me to a side plank with a twist to see how long I can hold it for😀😀 well it's worth a try so I did and couldn't last long😂😂😂 Quick one Botle, can I do it again when Im feeling much better?
