So day one of 'the creatine adventure'...either it's had some sort of placebo effect or I'm now superwoman 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️😂 who cares, if I feel more powerful then happy days!
Quite a difference in terms of heart rate/calories/meps! Top is with creatine, bottom is without! Felt very warm and did get the shakes more than the usual muscle fatigue...also managed to hench out 3x 32.5kg bench press (2.5 marginal gains but I'll take any gains!). Almost managed 35kg but it ended up as a sort of mid air hold whilst my arms shook frantically 😂 (next week I'm having it!!) and managed 3x80kg deadlift which is my new max reps at 80kg (next week I'm having at least 1x85kg!) Anyway, creatine day one complete!
