Honestly my lunch was more then amazing 😍😍😍 Smoked gouda, avocado, baby kale on toasted sprouted grain bread. That orange sauce is homemade salsa made with tomatillos, onion, garlic, roma tomatoes and toasted chili arbol. So good!! Earlier I was given an amazing ham n cheese croissant....after I accepted I realized I promised myself no meat. Proud to say I brought it home for my kiddo. I love meat...but I know my lupus doesn't. My goal is to stay outta ER this year. Stay off of steriods this year. Actually go on a real vacation that isn't a 3 to 4 day stay at San Antonio Community hospital. Love the doctors and nurses...but I can appreciate them from a far. I know this meal isn't exciting to everyone...but omg let me tell you...AMAZING!!! lol...ok done being a goober lol.
