Week 2 has started for my challengers in my support group, and I STILL get excited for Mondays, because I know the first of the week can be a fresh start, an extra boost for those who need it, and a day where I can get my mind in gear and really look forward for what is to come the rest of the week. Working from home, encouraging and helping others with their goals, providing tools, advice, and guidance for better nutrition.....it's what I love to do!
This is the start of my third year of coaching, and quite honestly, I never would have thought just by getting my own rear in gear, I would be coaching others to find their path! It isn't only just about being healthy physically, but by learning that YOU TOO could help others!
Do you have to be fit as a fiddle to coach? Nope! Did you see how I started? I was 50 lbs overweight! Did I know the first thing about nutrition? Hardly! But I learned the ins and outs, the healthy way to lose weight and keep it off, and how one can make exercise FUN again, instead of a chore. Yes, exercise can be FUN! And so can your job..... Have you ever thought about starting your own business while working on your own fitness journey at the same time? That's how I ended up working from home, and being able to say 🖐✌ to my stressful 50+ hr a week job! I wanted to work on my own terms, and not only was I able to work on myself physically at the same time, but I was able to build my OWN business. I didn't have to work for anyone else anymore, which is awesome! And now, I finally know what it feels like to enjoy going to "work"! So, here is your invitation!
