Join me in a Slow Flow Yoga class to switch off from the city buzz for just an hour. This class is designed to bring the feeling of lightness into the body, mind and build a connection between breath and movements. We will slowly move through firm, but relaxed postures (called asanas) giving an opportunity to notice how the body feels in each state. It is a gentle practice to work with our own limitations, both mental and physical. I'm looking forward to seeing you at 6 pm on Mondays.
