First day back from being sick last week. That means lots of fun volume to get my body rolling again. For me the first thing to go after any time off training is leg strength. Wish it would stick around like my tricep strength does! 😜 5 weeks until competition day so it’s time to buckle down and get strong! 💪🏻✌🏻 - snatch triples at 100kg this morning (yes every set was that ugly) - 2 weeks of triple mania before ramping up to a max come comp. day!
