A lot of people often over complicate fat loss. Once you understand the concept it’s actually very easy. Fat loss doesn’t have anything to do with the type of foods eat, the time you eat, intermittent fasting, avoiding certain food groups. It all comes down to your energy balance. The amount of calories you consume & amount burned to create a deficit. Beyond that, there are only a small amount of variables that come into play to assist fat loss. Keep things simple & don’t get caught up in the hype about certain strategies that may work better than others.
