May not look like much, but this breakfast is seriously Heaven in a bowl!! I took the @medicalmedium recipe for Papaya Bowl 🥣 and tweaked the recipe a little bit for my personal tastes. This keeps me full ALL morning long 👌😍And definitely lifts my mood 😇 Here are my tweaks - feel free to tweak it to your own liking. The original recipe is in his book, "Life Changing Foods". In a blender, add: half of a papaya, 6 sliced dates, half a package of raspberries, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and small portion of mango.
Put into a bowl 🥣 and mix in: 1 TBSP Chia seeds, 1 TBSP hemp seeds, about 1/4 cup pecan pieces, and the rest of the mango cubed.
As I said about the Banana Oatmeal 🍌that I shared, this Papaya Bowl is another great breakfast that is a vehicle for micronutrients. I have great hope that the hemp seeds are helping me fight the EBV virus in my body. Everything you eat is either feeding disease or fighting a disease. Knowing what the true source of the disease is, is half the battle. Next is having a battle plan to fight the disease and knowing what foods feed the virus and what foods kill it. I'm so grateful every day that I found the information from Medical Medium and how I was able to truly heal from a longtime chronic illness from experimenting on his words.
