Curtis loved to walk. Sometimes he would take loooong walks by himself or invite me to come along. We would talk about everything from A-Z, legit conversation grasshoppers. Anywhere from laughing about hilarious memories to sharing future endeavors and dreams we both had individually, and as a couple.
On his solo walks, he'd send me videos like the one below. This captures the world through Curtis' eyes. He was so observant and detailed. He loved nature and the beauty of Gods creative eye.
Most don't know but Curtis almost got his leg amputated as a child until God did a miracle. That is why he pursued such a healthy lifestyle and took every opportunity he could to exercise. He was so grateful that God let him keep his leg.
The thing is, that no matter how healthy Curtis was, there was one thing he had that would guarantee him a spot in Heaven. That one thing was Christ in his heart. Curtis was not perfect, but he LOVED him some Jesus!
I miss him but who could be mad at the fact that he is in a perfect place. #heavenisreal
