The most delicious dinner 🤤 Teriyaki Salmon and veggie kebabs (2 SP) with a side of white rice (5 SP) .
1️⃣ Cut up veggies of your choice (I used peppers, onions, mushroom, and squash) along with cubed salmon ( I cut my filet into ~1 inch cubes)
2️⃣ With small wooden skewers pierce the salmon and veggies alternating by type
3️⃣ Once you have your skewers, lay them on a lined cookies sheet, and brush them with 2 tbsp light teriyaki sauce (I use kikkoman if I don’t feel like making homemade, but you could make a 0 SP option as well)
4️⃣Bake the skewers in a 375 degree oven until Salmon is light pink - You can also broil them a few min on each side of you want a bit more browned. That’s it! 2 SP for the teriyaki sauce but everything else is 0 SP - serve with any side you like
