Full breakfast in a pan 😋😊❤ and as usual, healthy!
1. Sweet potato chopped and cooked, placed in the pan to cook further while you cut your bacon (already cooked), red bell pepper, green onions.
2. Add in your bacon to cook with sweet potatos and fuse the flavours.
3. Add in bell pepper and cover for a few min on medium heat.
4. Add in your eggs without breaking the yoke and cover until eggs are cooked. You can then add your green onions as you check on the eggs and also add a little bit of cheddar and feta.
As for seasoning/spices, it is up to you. Your bacon can also be replaced with ground turkey meet as an even leaner and healthier alternative!
