This is what I put in my lunch time smoothie. Heart healthy fruit & greens. Raw food is love & when you fill your body with live raw fruits & vegetables, your body loves you back. That’s my experience with eating raw food anyway. I am blissful when I eat this way. Everything works. I’m not saying anything bad about a plant-based or starch-based way of eating. They are fabulous programs & they work for many people, but not for me. My body is so sensitive now, that after eating a raw food diet, my body rejects everything else. If you eat the SAD diet, (Standard American Diet or Standard Australian Diet or Standard Anything Diet) and are wanting to eat more raw fruits & vegetables, or go fully raw, may I suggest you go on a juice fast, I call it a feast, for at least 10 days first. You will have detox symptoms when you change from an unhealthy diet to a healthy diet. I find a juice feast the easiest way to transition. You will have detox symptoms for 4-5 days, so take it easy & be kind to yourself, but after the 5 days, you will start to feel great & by day 10, you will feel fabulous! What a juice feast does is, it resets your tastebuds. It also floods your body with nutrients, which stops cravings. You can eat 3000 calories of junk, but your body is still starving of nutrients. Juicing is the quickest way to get nutrients back into the body. Just juice fruit, any fruit & greens, such as spinach & kale. You can have as much juice as you like, but I suggest a minimum of 2.5 - 3 litres per day. What will happen is, after 10 days of juicing, you will be craving good food, so it will be very easy for you to start eating a raw food diet. I share recipes & tips on my Instagram page. You can reverse all negative ailments in your body & you can lose weight effortlessly, as well as feel fabulous! So if you’re sick of being sick, tired & overweight, give it a go! Remember, it’s just the first 5 days you have to get through, they can be tough, but be strong! Once you get through those days, it’s smooth sailing. You start to feel better & you can go from fat & sick to slim, healthy, fit & fabulous! 😊👏

Ingredients (serve 2 persons)😻
200 g Matcha Soba noodle
3 tbsp. Tahini
2 cloves Minced garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper
1 tbsp water
4 tbsp olive oil

Cooking steps👨‍🍳
1. Mix tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper & water. Blend (optional) then add olive oil until smooth.
2. Toss boiled Soba noodle with the dressing in 1.
3. Topped with steamed capsicum (we use orange & yellow) plus sliced onion.
Served with pumpkin soup made purely with pumpkin, carrot (add water & blend until smooth) topped with boiled scallop. (Add chilli flakes & topping you like)👌
